PENETRON^® Admix is a special additive to be used at the production process in order to obtain concrete being resistant to pressurized water. It is added to the concrete mix at the time of batching and reacts with the moisture contained in the concrete, so that crystalline structures are formed in the capillary tubes which effectuate the concrete's resistance to pressurized water.

PENETRON^® Admix is appropriate for the whole range of concrete constructions where water penetration has to be avoided like for example in parking levels, cellars, tunnels, swimming-pools, cooling towers, water tanks, walls, retaining barrages etc.

• Auments the carrying capacity of the concrete and impedes the formation of hairline cracks during the process of drying.
• Allows concrete to breathe.
• Nontoxic.
• Permanent, does not weather (disintegrate).
• Improves the concrete’s resistance to aggressive chemicals.
• Resists extreme hydrostatic pressure from either positive or negative surfaces.
• Becomes an integral part of the substrate.
• Added to the concrete at time of batching and therefore not subject to climatic restraints.
