PENETRON puts an end to moisture by turning concrete resistant to pressurized water through crystallization.

PENETRON^® works on the principle of binding infiltrating water by initiating a process of crystalliza-tion so that moisture is permanently kept out of the construction. The concrete becomes waterproof - resistant to pressurized water up to 20 bar.
With moisture being present, PENETRON^®'s active substance starts reacting with the components of the concrete, forming a microscopic crystallization in the structure of the construction which seals hair-line cracks and capillary tubes as the water is transformed into crystals to drive out moisture.
PENETRON^® „grows" deeply into the capillary system of the concrete. This process works with or against the pressure of water. Being an active system, it is in the nature of PENETRON^®'s agent to repeat its sealing effect over and over again whenever, even after decades, moisture might recur.

PENETRON^® is available in two versions:
As slurry, used for the after-treatment of elements which are already affected with moisture and as
an additive to be used at the production process in order to obtain concrete and precast concrete parts being resistant to pressurized water from the very beginning.
PENETRON^® is appropriate for all kinds of components containing cement which have to be pro-tected against water and environmental or chemical influences like for example walls and retaining walls, foundations, cellars and prefabricated bathroom units, parking levels and floors, elevator shafts, staircases, bridges, tunnels, swimming-pools, water tanks, retaining barrages, power plants etc., clari-fication plants and sewerages, gas stations (sealing against petroliferious products).
PENETRON^® seals concrete as well as building materials containing cement and turns them resistant to pressurized water while offering at the same time a protection against environmental / chemical influences.
The product is not toxic, not inflammable and does not alter the breathability of the ground. It offers an easy mode of application and is approved for potable water use.
